No Mike just heat and fire as it should be! Ribs sure don't have to be complicated or take hours and hours to look and taste the best IMO.Does the 90 mins include the 30 mins you boiled them first? I've done 2hrs @325ish never tried to get er done in 90.

Very nice! I'd sure like to know more about how they were done , but I'm not sure about using my pellet grill to accomplish the same results. High heat = no smoke

I'm pretty sure I know too!! I was about to let the cat out of the bag, but when they (MIB) showed up I didn't have my Ray Bans!! Assuming they were not done on the mini, cause I've done BB's on my mini in an hour and 10 mins but they had a little bit of the burnt bark, still good tho.
