My wife and I are going to a Christmas party on the 16th. I've been asked to bring an appetizer so I think these will be it! Thanks for the instructions.
 
They look great do you freeze before cooking so the shrimp don’t overcook before bacons done?


I didn't, but I used the cheapest, thinnest bacon I could find. If you're using thick then freezing might be a good idea. Or maybe par-cook the bacon.
