That's right Brethren, I'm devastated. I came home last night from a long day of work to find her spending time with my long-time friend. She took a maple fatty out of the freezer and used it to make the best meatloaf we've ever eaten. She combined the maple fatty with ground chuck, fire roasted tomatoes, italian bread crumbs, chopped onions, fresh ground pepper and an egg and then she did the unthinkable - she lit my Weber Kettle - the nerve!! She told me she cooked the meatloaf on indirect heat by putting the charcoal on one side and the meat on the other and also used a pan to catch the drippings. Obviously, she's been watching me with my friend. When the meatloaf was almost done, she took it off and spread the charcoal out. She sliced a zucchini and seasoned it with olive oil and Morton's Season All. She then sliced the meatloaf and grilled both till marked well. She drizzled the meatloaf with Blues Hog original and also served fresh green beans that were simmered with fresh onion and chunks of kohlrabi and bacon and a tomato salad. I was devastated she spent time with my best friend but it turned out to be an awesome meal. Oh well - forgive and forget!!
