Had some time the other night. Threw some of my own brown sugar based rub on a couple of pork loins and tossed them into the Dyna-Glo along with a naked fatty. 250 using Stubbs briquettes and some chunk hickory.
About an hour and a half or so later - they were ready to wrap and the fatty was ready to keep the hungry masses at bay until they were ready.
About another hour of heat in the Dyna-Glo and dinner was served...
