Has anyone turned in ribs in a competition that weren't sauced? I'm just not a fan of sauced ribs and thinking of turning in without.
 
My first turn in I turned them in Dry with 2 small cups of sauce. I lost :)



Part of the appearance grade for them is that nice glossy sauce covering it sucks but it is what it is. You try to cater your turn in to what the judges are looking for.
