Vegemite. The Basic Tuturial. not BBQ

Tried Vegemite once and only once while in Australia and like some said its neither great or repulsive. But the sight of an American eating Vegemite on a cracker drove the local birds crazy!

So, which birds are more beautiful? Those from Victoria or NSW??

I hope that cheese isn't that white plastic stuff !! The local butcher makes cheese and vegemite sausages and I use the Ol' veggie for a wicked marinade for kangaroo.

I've got some roo in the freezer...any chance I can get the marinade recipe mate.

Geez, how could I forget. I gave a talk at the South Pacific Photographic Convention in Surfers Paradise back in the mid-70s. Drove up from Sydney. Yes, beautiful birds there too.

You are very fortunate to live in such a beautiful country. Great food and wine there! Prawns are the size of small lobsters!
