Was going to grill some fresh shrimp today. Opened the back door to the blast furnace and reconsidered. What a nice day for indoor cooking! Cut up some small taters for the air fryer and seasoned with oil, onion powder, garlic powder, a little almost salt and thyme. Into the fryer for 10 minutes then fill and another 5.
Meanwhile peel a couple of dozen shrimp, season with Compass Point Blend all purpose. Sautéed some green onions and tops with garlic in a little oil for a few minutes and added some white wine. Simmer a bit then in to the shrimp. 3 minutes and flip then 3 more. Came out great. Still have about 3/4 lb of lump crab meat to make crab cakes for supper with some buffalo cauliflower florets.
Healthy meals aren’t ok bad!
