So I heard about the famous Utah Garlic Burgers. Never had one, but the Googles led me to the Cotton Bottom Inn & Lucky 13. Both make theirs a little different, but everyone raves about both, so I decided on a mashup of the two. BTW, the burger at Lucky 13 is called the Breath Enhancer.
Chop up a clove of garlic, well OK, maybe a little more than one and sautee for a few minutes to cook the raw taste out.

Add some green chiles, Melinda's Garlic Pepper sauce and a couple slice of habanero jack cheese.
Green chile, garlic cheeseburger with a rosemary garlic aioli, spring greens, tomato, onion on a crispy Italian roll with pickle spears and chips.
