I have two of the thermopops and use them more than my thermapen. The pen is giving me some headaches with the folding action.

Mine does as well. Even had it fixed, but it's still a little sticky.

I do like the speed on the Pen, but I feel like the display on the One is a step backwards from my MK4? I'll have to compare to be sure, but that's the 'feeling' I get each time I use it.

I agree the folding is annoying.

I love the pops. I keep several around to use as gifts. Anyone mentions starting to grill or issues with cooking "start here, this is the #1 thing that improved my cooking"
