Decided to add a wing entry to the Go-To-Food Throwdown...got a rib entry there as well.

A dozen wings and a handful of drummies.
Drummies got Rufus Teague Meat Rub and Stubbs Sticky Sweet sauce...
Half the wings got Suckle Busters Texas Pecan and Stubbs Original...the other half got Tony C's Creole seasoning and Frank's Red Hot Wing sauce.
Ken's Buttermilk Ranch dressing.
Nice rainy day lunch, done on the kettle...Cowboy lump and some small sticks of apple. :thumb:

Thanks for looking! :-D

Dang, those look good! Not sure which I'd try first, they all look killer!
Did you have a favorite?

Thanks all.
I realized when I was about to start the cook that the last few times I did wings, I went with a BBQ sauce. Not sure why since I absolutely love 'em hot! Had the bottle of Frank's since probably October, unopened...decided that it was time. Man those hot ones were good! :clap2:

Those are some fine looking wings Brad.

Now that's a big compliments ,coming from the wing master himself.:thumb:

I will try that tony,Cs with some hot sauce, I love that seasoning.
Would any hot sauce work?
I have cholula Hot sauce work, I have that

I honestly believe these are the best hot wings I've ever eaten. I imagine you could make it work with other sauces...this Frank's sauce was, of course, concocted just for wings...thicker than a plain ole hot sauce.
If you have Frank's available, I recommend it...if not, PM me and we'll see about getting you some.
