As I try to get back in the swing of things, I'm rotating through the gear, getting it cleaned up and back in action. Tonight, the grill that has been cold the longest got the call - the kettle dedicated to vortex and rotisserie cooks. Vortex tonight. Fired up with a mix of KBB and B&B briqs, and a chunk of pecan.

6 wings waiting for the coals to be ready, half with Naturiffic Q-Salt and half with AlbuKirky Anchonero...

A few of the Q-Salt wings are destined to be sauced - here's what went into that.

Front and center is a bare Q-Salt wing, the next 2 are in the Jack Daniel's sauce, and the back 2 are Anchonero.

The Anchonero wings are still my favorite.

How do you like the Marsala olive oil, I’m on the verge of ordering some to try.

I've been using it as my "everyday" olive oil for a few years, now. Their Mission olive oil is the other one that I buy by the box and use frequently. It replaces butter in a lot of my cooking and baking. All of their products are great.
