Stopped in today when I was driving by. Really just wanted to ask the guy where he finds smoking wood around here as I just got a new offset and want to get some splits/logs. He insisted I try a sample of brisket and pulled pork. pork was tasty with kind of a sweet flavor to it. The brisket sample was excellent. I recommend this place. The rib he showed me looked very good too. When it is not so close to dinner and I don't have a trtip ready to go I am definitely going back. Seems he sets up around the Spokane area on different days. Here is the website I found that tells where he is on various days:
