Today is a good day

While I am here at the office enjoying being at work on a Monday and son is home today its going to be almost 80 today, and I get this picture sent to me.
He said he was getting bored and he found the pork loin I had in the fridge.
This might turn out to be a good day today.

I wish I could train my wife or daughter to do that, but I don't know if it's more trust they won't burn it or trust that they won't screw up my smokers. I hope it's the perfect ending to a good day!

This was a good ending for the day, 80 degrees in Feb. Cant beat that in Nebraska.
yes all the liquor was still there (he knows the rules)
and he did a great job, loin had great smoke, nice little bark, and was moist and tender.
Someone did teach him well.
