South MS Brethren Bash

Just finished reading the complete thread to make sure I haven't missed anything or a change in date. I have this event scheduled in my calendar for 10 JULY. Just want to make sure that my name is in the hat and let me know if there is anything I can b'ring other than food. Looking forward to meeting everyone and having a great time. C'est la vie!

I too have made motel reservations and counting the days to 10 July.
Do you have a signup sheet and head count?

Hotch, can I send a little cooler with you to bring me back some goodies (would that be called a "froggie bag"?).

Maybe some food and a couple of beers from deepsouth's cooler?

Looks like y'all are in for an epic Bash!

Better yet, ride down with us!!

We have not booked a room yet. Any close by you TGG? We too would like to bring something besides our appetites. Will be difficult to transport food items but we can. Let us know what to bring.

On edit, you have them listed on page one. Good info.

Toast, I booked at Quality Inn Biloxi thru Booking.com.
It's on the beach between the Coliseum and Edgewater Mall.
Easy drive to anywhere.

If you are so inclined, the two best craft beer stores are the Bash and across the street from one another, just off the interstate, at the Ocean Springs exit. You get off at the Ocean Springs exit and go left, back under the interstate and take a left at the light at Cook Road. That will be Hops and Growlers, which sells and fills growlers. Scott keeps about 25 things on tap and has a nice bottle selection as well. He also sells homebrew and wine supplies, if you are so inclined.

Across the road is Double Shoppe One Stop. They don't sell growlers, but have probably the best bottle selection on the Coast and you can buy singles of whatever they have.

I need to get by Hops and Growlers. Never been there.

I'll have a keg full of Fat Tire for everyone to drink on at the party and my friend from NOLA is bringing some homebrew for everyone. I'm also going to make a few big bags of Bourbon Slushies. It's going to be a fun party!
