Ok, new date is JULY 10!! Come July 9th for all ye overnighters!

I'll see if I can convince a MOD to change the original post to the new date. Sorry for the confusion. I don't know of anything that could stop this date so it should be set in stone!


EDIT: RON_L hooked me up with a change to the original post!! It now reads correctly stating the date is July 10!

OK! Just read this update and did not realize Ron_L had amended the original thread.

It starts with bringing yourself and BYOB. If you have a special recipe or something you would like to prepare and share, then I have plenty of smoker/grill space and you are welcome to cook. If you just want to come and enjoy the afternoon you are more than welcome to do that as well.

I will bring some meat for the smoker and a couple sides. I'll get with you closer to the event to get an approximate head count so I make sure I make enough.

I have a 6 gallon deep fryer and a Griddle if you need more than a smoker! I'm going to put together some form of a sign up in the next week or so to get an idea of a head count.

I may do a small (50lb) whole hog along with the Gold Grade brisket.

Remember I have a TON of smoker space so if someone wants to bring a dish and not a cooker it's not a problem.

I have a deep fryer, Griddle, boilers, 2 green eggs, Shirley smoker with 4 - 24x55 racks. So plenty of space for anyone's recipes!!

So it looks like both Shelly and I head your way early Thursday morning. Hope to roll in to the Hotel around 7:00 pm. Get some dinner and and rest up for the Bash. Head out on Monday morning.
I would like to cook up a few rounds of our Margarita Mini Cones. Could I use your BGE Egg?
Also may do a round or two each of Rum and Bourbon shooters if I can use your deep fryer.
Anyway the Hotel is booked. Let me know if I need to bring anything!

Should I plan on bringing my tables, chairs and a popup?
