Some Leftover Weekday Cooks

I usually check the fridge to see what's going to go bad soon or needs to get used asap and make dinner accordingly. Leftovers usually get repurposed.

This was leftovers from the weekend brisket and ribs cook on the pellet grill

Last night was stir fry with flap meat chunks and frozen/fresh veggies left over. Stir fried the meat first

Lol Thanks Adam! I've been cracking up for the last few days since I barely discovered him.

I've got a few woks but "HIYAAA they not cood" This is my oldest and best wok from Nordic Ware. Best!!

Sako, that's just a knockout bunch of "leftover" cooks you put together that would no doubt please anyone! Superb work, my friend!

I notice you had the pizza on a pan w/some parchment, is that correct? What dough formula are you using these days?
