I usually check the fridge to see what's going to go bad soon or needs to get used asap and make dinner accordingly. Leftovers usually get repurposed.
This was leftovers from the weekend brisket and ribs cook on the pellet grill
Chopped up the leftover, brisket, beef and pork ribs, sizzled in the pan with some eggs
Made some tacos
Fried eggs, homemade salsa roja
Homemade pickled onions, serranos, cucumbers :clap2:
Then I had pasta sauce and pepperoni and mozzarella that needed to get used. No brainer on what that combo was going to turn into
Into the Blackstone
Nice crust
Had a fresh jalapeno so it went on the second pie
Then I have an overflow of sausage and those had to get used :grin:
The TX link got the call for sausage and peppers
Last night was stir fry with flap meat chunks and frozen/fresh veggies left over. Stir fried the meat first
Then the veggies with some fresh grated garlic, ginger and Asian sauces
Mixed all together
On a bed or white rice
Sriracha on top
