So this just showed up

So my new smoker from Deep South showed up today. It was a demo unit and other than the broken thermometer and a few nicks (dang freight companies) it is in perfect condition. I can't wait to fire it up and get some meat on it. May just fire it tonight up to make sure I burn off any extra oil they sprayed in it.

Thanks guys! I'm pretty excited (as if you couldn't tell). I needed another for comps and couldn't decide what I wanted until a few weeks ago and then my wife saw a post on fb where they were selling this one and another for a discount and she is a sucker for a good deal. :grin:
