Started with a bacon weave;

Did meatloaf a few years ago in the Brinkmann using my regular oven recipe.

It came out very good but seemed to lack something to go with the smoky flavor. Decided that next time I would add sauteed jalapeno, as well as the celery and onion. Still on my to-do list. Might try the bacon wrap too after seeing yours.
