Bach'n it last night, wings get the call.
Hit them with some Naturiffic Q-salt, and hot salt.
The Missus took over the grill the night before and did a spatchcock chicken. Her first time, I think, using charcoal. Was pretty cool. I'm pretty proud. I'm glad she doesn't think it's just my thing. Anyway she had some hickory chips in foil for the bird that we thought wasn't needed, so instead of throwing them out I threw them on for some kind of smoke.
Drop the lid on and let the vortex do it's thing. 20 mins later......
You don't need any skill at all with the vortex. Just keep a watch on the clock, because it'll be done before you think it will.
Plated with some green sticks and the last few squirts from the kraft ranch bottle.
