Cooked 3 chickens yesterday on the EGG. Rubbed as normal, but last 5 minutes basted with the following sauce for a sweet and salty glaze.

50% Teriyaki Sauce
50% Sweet Chili Sauce
Mix the two and apply liberally.

Family absolutely loved it. Me too.

Anyone else have any drop dead easy glazes?

75% teriyaki
25% Sriracha
fresh squeezed lemon juice

play with the ratio to suit your taste buds

That sounds good

1 bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
1 package Good Seasons Zesty Italian dry dressing mix
Combine and let sit for an hour. Mix one cup with:
1/4 cup agave syrup

Baste or drizzle from squirt bottle

SIMPLE and quick GREAT TASTE COMBINATIONS ......

I'm gonna go with these brisket slices and this roll/Bun. Tasty Combination!!

cup of honey or orange marmalaide
1 tbl red pepper flakes
simmer 15 min strain
add 1/4 cup of Heinz Chili Sauce or favorite bbq sauce and a splash of bourbon

2 Parts Teryaki
1 part Gochujang
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Makes a great spicy/savory Korean inspired glaze/marinade. Add pineapple or lemon juice if marinating. ACV and white wine can be used to thin it down.

or

2 Parts Dark Molasses

Fresh Garlic to taste

Makes an amazing sweet/savory/hot glaze.

Equal parts Bourbon, brown sugar, butter, and ballpark mustard. Add Siracha to taste. Mix together and simmer a few minutes to thicken.

Lemonade cocentrate, fresh basil, minced garlic, splash EVOO.

Good marinade for pork, chicken, fish.
