The chiles dusted in coconut flour fried in CI skillet on BGE Mini in bacon fat and coconut oil

Same with shrimp. Olive oil KS and CBP in skillet with bacon grease and coconut oil.

Layered green chiles, shrimp and surround with Anasazi beans topped with pico and chopped andouille. Bride made a fresh green chile queso too.

BTW- except for queso this was all cooked in a cast iron skillet on the BGE Mini
