Did a batch of country style ribs earlier this week and have a few left over. Other than just eat as is does anyone have a good recipe for the seconds? Looked on line and am frustrated.

Use them for some hash.

Taco seasoning packet(s) + water + ribs. Simmer covered till tender. Shred meat.

Get some shredded cheese and peppers/onions/tomatoes and eat tacos.

Put a bunch of tortilla chips on a cookie sheet.
Cover with a layer of shredded cheese.
Spread 1/4” slices or chunks of country style ribs.
Sprinkle a little more cheese as needed.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
Drizzle with your favorite bbq sauce and return to oven until cheese starts to brown.
