Panko walleye

Haven't been smokin' much lately, too busy chasin' those fish Hard to beat panko walleye, spicy lemon sauce, home grown roma tomater's with basil and grated cheese and a good ear of ohio corn!

Walleye is a tasty fish, first time I had it is was pan fried and I ate until I got sick.

Man I love Walleye and that looks done right. We always thought they were the best tasting fish out of our lake growing up - but so hard to catch.

Great time in Ohio eh? Farm accross the street from me has a different type of sweet corn each week now and the local produce stands are brimming with amazing veggies. Been catching a lot of perch off Fairport Harbor along with Walleye and
Panko is what I use most all the time now for them and really any fish I catch or purchase.
Fill that freezer!
