Pambazos

Jeanie,Next time you need to move something,
ring me up,,,,
I’ll be sure to bring an appetite,,,!!!!
LOL

Getting ready for another rough gardening season in drought country. lol
I'm repurposing a tank for drip irrigation to part of my garden. Friends helped move the tank and we installed a new sight glass.
I fed them lunch.
I plan on doing something to the tank to make it look "pretty" if possible.

Thanks for looking!

Jeanie, I think to make that tank look pretty, paint it black or red and make it look like a big smoker. When someone asks you what that tank is, tell them it is a water smoker. Those pambazos looked spectacular.

That is a mighty fine two-handed sandwich. My favorite kind.

Next time you need help, give me a shout. I aint that far away.

Your creativity never ceases to amaze.

What is Salvadorian cream? Similar to creme fraiche?

Thanks Craig! I appreciate the offer!

Awesome cooking as usual, Jeanie. Those sandwiches sure look appetizing!

Thank you Dom! Good to see ya!

Thanks Erik! The salvadorean cream has less twang than regular sour cream. I tastes a bit buttery... or more like cream. The stores here carry several kinds of sour cream. This one is just one of my favorites. Hope you give it a try Erik!

Late to the game here, Jeanie.

Fantastic cook!:thumb:

Thanks John! Good to see ya!

Looks delicious Jeanie! Never heard of pambazos before but I'll be on the lookout now!

Thanks so much John! I really liked the slightly spicy buns. I'm thinkin' of using them with different fillings in the future.
