One Commercial Rub, Does Anyone

St Elmo's is a famous steak house here in Indianapolis. In the last couple years they've begun selling their cocktail sauce and an all purpose rub. I can get the rub locally at Safeway and I've seen bigger bottles of it at Costco. While I do experiment with other things, this has become my go to. Very nice balance of flavor but doesn't over power the meat in any way. I would say it's probably close to what you think of when you think Texas style BBQ.

Lawry's Seasoned Salt and Seasoned pepper. If you haven't tried the seasoned pepper you're missing out. Delicious alternative to regular black pepper

I would say a SPOG mix using the lawry's salt and pepper

Yardbird or SGH are great all around rubs too
