Since we have a short week ahead we only did a couple chickens.
I did a spatchcock with only "Slap Ya Mama"

Nellie got complicated with a reverse spatchock with some complicated seasoning

Onto the 22" WSM together

Nellies was done first, skin side down for 1 hour and then flipped

Then my traditional

So who wins, I cooked both

Both look great but I have been on a bit of jerk seasoning kick so I give the edge to Nellie. I also like the reverse spatchcock method!
