When it stops drippin, fire up a cooker. Tonight a 1.68# bone in rib eye (club steak-cowboy cut) blackened salmon, and a simple canola KS asparagus spears

I hate those "daggers." Hope your cook is away from those. Sounds like a killer meal coming your way.
 
Those were dropping off of overpasses here last week. Made for a big surprise when they hit the roof of your car.

Almost messed up. Medium well. A good cut of meat so didn't fail. Tender and juicy, but no pink :-((
