Congratulations on your new Shirley! She is very nice. Looks like you got it at the right time of year! I just moved to WA from Chandler, AZ and know what kind of weather you have there in Goodyear. Thanksgiving dinner on the smoker?

Yeah I'm thinking this might be the year to smoke a turkey for my first time. Tomorrow morning it's time to season it and break her in with a couple fatties, and some racks of babybacks and beef ribs.

... unless you forget to pull your ribs from the freezer. Off to the store in the morning.
 
Pull them out of the freezer, rub up and on cooker. It will take a little longer, but the ribs will be fine.
