Love me some Tri Tip. Porkmafia Texas Gold & Tatonka Dust. Smoked with some pecan on the KJ then a reverse sear.

After about an hour and a half of smoke, took it off to rest while the Joe heats up.

Beautiful. What was your IT when pulled from smoker? What was it when you pulled it finally?

Was 110 when I pulled it from the smoke. The really skinny part was a bit higher 120 I think. Once the Joe heated up, put it on for maybe another 10-15 minutes. Took it off at 132.
