Mmm... Tri Tip

Come to think of it, the last four bashes I've been to, two in Texas & two in Chicago. I've cooked Tri Tip three times. The last Chicago bash was candied salmon. Maybe I should change things up a bit, or maybe I should just keep it as a tradition.
