Next time I’ll go bigger!

Alex’s brand bologna seasoned with Oakridge Competition Beef and Pork rub and on the Weber kettle with pecan chunks. Then fried in butter on a cast iron skillet. Supporting cast were oven fries and frozen veggies but we’re overshadowed by the chub. I ate two - one with mustard and pickles and the second with Sassy sauce and pickles. If you can find the Sassy, try it!

Normally I'm no fan of baloney, but I'm sure if you passed me a plate like that I wouldn't turn it down! Nice
