Bins have been thin pickings lately. Last stop Monday grabbed a pound of Taco Grind and Seasoned Fajita Grind with onion and green bell. Regular pricing.No additional seasoning just into a cast iron skillet and pellet cooker set to smoke for a couple hours. Stirring about every 25-30 minutes. Opened up the grill feature and finished over high heat. Basic Tacos with plenty of leftovers. So Taco Tuesday was Moved to Monday. Well today, actually Taco Tuesday the Bride made a Red Chile enchilada casserole and added green chile. 4 meat meals for $12 of good beef and a couple dollars in tortillas etc etc. Some casserole remaining may have another meal topped with a fried egg for breakfast.
