Indian fry bread

Most recopies call for all purpose flour and baking powder. Some call for other ingredients. Can I just use White Lilly self rising and water and forget the rest?

Sounds like Hard Tack. Crackers, molar breakers

Self rising flour has baking powder, so I guess it would work.
