I thought Winter was over!

Off today after 2 days of cold drizzle. Was hoping to cook something with fire but temps in the 40s with 20-25 mph winds so I decided to stay in. 30ish tonight with a mid 20s wind chill so maybe some Chicken and dumplings!

Got 20 inches of snow yesterday. Just got the deck/grills/smokers dug out today.

Wind chills in single digits tonite.

Mother Nature is ticking me off.

Great looking stuff there Bill. I'm with you, I had already said my goodbyes to old Man Winter, but like some guests, he doesn't know when to leave. I had store-bought chicken & dumplings last night, but yours looks far superior, no doubt they taste it as well.
