It’s been a while since I’ve done much on the smoker because of the crazy prices. The local grocer had some mega sales on pork butts and ribs so I rolled out the Stumps smoker.

I put on three 9lb butts seasoned with Butt Rub around 7pm yesterday for an over night cook a 230F. Used some Jealous Devil lump and hickory for smoke. They came off at 10am the following morning at 205F IT.

Directly afterwards, loaded up the smoker with nine racks of St. Louis ribs seasoned with Killer Hogs hot rub. Five hours later they were lathered up with Sweet Baby Rays sauce,.

Guests arrived at 5pm for a BBQ feast. The goods were well cooked and flavor profile was well received by my guests.

Overall, a great cook to celebrate the 4th of July. Following are a few pictures. Thanks for checking it out.😎👍

My guess is that your guests are still there because they ate so much and it was so good that they couldn't leave and wanted to see what was next. Very nice cook!!
