I roast em over the Vortex! Most amazing pepper roaster I have ever used...

Yes you can grow your own...It wont be the same as ones grown in the right environment...It's like growing Vidallia onions in Kansas...They will never be as sweet as the real thing...

Just received a note that harvest begins in earnest in Approximately 2 Weeks in and around Hatch NM. Just FYI.

I can confirm they have already started. I was in the region for work and toured one of the packing facilities. Going to be a great crop this year. Enjoy!!

Good to know they are coming soon. Love hatch chilies. The whole foods and fresh market usually roast them out front on weekends and also sell them fresh.
