Bout to fire up the drum and smoke the thanksgiving turkey. Yeah I'm a day late but had to work the last two nights. Stopped by the local Walmart and grabbed a 28 inch Blackstone this morning when I got off so hopefully some hibachi this weekend! Have a phabulous weekend my Phriend!
Our family feast is today. I'm doing a double smoked ham on the Lone Star. Some smoked southern cornbread dressing and some smoked mac & cheese. Oh and of course a naked fattie. This one is gonna be a tad warm. Tennessee Pride Hot rubbed with Habanero Death Dust.
I'm also breaking in The Big Easy oil-less turkey fryer.
Letting the pros in New Orleans do the cooking this weekend, and after stuffing myselPh silly for 4-5 days, I think I'll be grilling boneless skinless chix breasts on Sunday. :shocked:
