I'll be cranking up the WSM and doing 3 racks of untrimmed spares and 2 racks of babybacks.



I noticed that our company liked sweet ribs the last time we went out so I'm gonna hit them with some candy babybacks I found on special for $2/lb and then hit them with some spares done right with no foil and apple wood.
