A big pot of Chili today, for a Octoberfest party tonight. The front-end of a turkey tomorrow afternoon [whole bone-in breast] I think I will do the turkey on the kettle with a ring-of-fire.
Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese, Pork Ribs, a German Sausage and some Pork loin, all on UDS #1. On UDS #2 I'm doing some Japanese pumpkin (foil wrapped with some herbs and butter) and some Broccoli, just to see how they do.
