Beef hide will be smoking tomorrow. Helping a buddy castrate and brand a bunch of young bulls who should be steers. Maybe we'll keep some oysters and have ourselves a nice cook out.
 
Packer Pulled Pork.
Not sure what that is yet, but its pulled pork for the Packer game :)
Just hope we can get the temp above zero for the cook
