Phank Steak on the 26er tonight. CINCHOUSE has the overall plan, and I'm not "read-in," yet.

Nothing on Saturday, but trying some Korean Phried Chicken again in the air phryer on Sunday.

Oxtail, Meatloaf Cupcakes (hopefully with Green Chile Cheese Grits icing), a couple of Fattys. Usually make The Master’s pimiento cheese from Garden & Gun Magazine. No plans to sit and watch TV but may stream Amen Corner. Walk-Bike-Red Beer before the winds crank 30-50.

Thanks for starting the thread, Marc, & hope all is well, Phu!

Gonna be doing a couple different versions of maple bacon & some sausage but not sure what kind yet. Also maybe a pork butt, still deciding between pulled or sliced.

A day late, but what the heck!
Phryday was smash burgers on the kettle and phlat side of the grill grates.
Pretzel buns, red onion and maters phor the toppings.
Cold and rain phor today and tomorrow, so thinking pizza tonight.
I've got 10# of bacon ready for smoke tomorrow.
Might throw a phew phatties on to keep it company.
