First cook on the Shirley.

Doing my first cook today. Wound up getting 2 racks of baby backs, 2 racks of spares, 2 Butts and a loin.

We will see how it goes.

I always wonder as to why people bother putting it on at all, I've never had a problem getting a nice bark when not using it.
