Doing 4 racks of baby backs tomorrow for my mother in law's 75 birthday. It'll be my second cook on my new Mak 1 Star. Ribs are in the fridge now with a dry rub on them. Suggestions for the cook? I've always done the 3-2-1 method on my Weber kettle. Do you need the 2 hours in foil on a pellet pooper?
