A great smoker on display! Enjoy!

Thank you!! I'm about to post them.

Looks like a great start! But where's the fatty?!?!?!

Looking forward to the finish pics.

Lol. Didn't do one after all.

Mighty fine first cook. :thumb:

Thank you sir.

I always wonder as to why people bother putting it on at all, I've never had a problem getting a nice bark when not using it.

I've done it without also. Just go by how I feel for the day.

It's about time.lol

Lol

What a perfect day to christen the Shirley!

It was. Was beautiful out.

All that's left is to break a bottle of champagne across the bow..
Yummy

Thanks man.

Can't wait to see the finished cook. already looks good...

Thanks very much.

Grr... these posts are not going to make my year long wait for mine very easy :-D!

When your time comes it'll be heaven.

Nice start, but we need more pics. Curious as to why you put mustard on the butts but not the ribs?

I always use a little oil on the ribs, no real rhyme or reason for the mustard on the Butts. I've used nothing as well and have used mustard on ribs too. Depends on the mood and how dirty I feel like getting lol.

Good golly miss Molly.... You nailed that cook.... Looks like perfection to me!!!!! Did you try that conecuh sausage yet???

Thanks Paul!!

No. Next cook I am for sure. Wanted to get used to this smoker and grill before I cooked any of them. Didn't want any of them to go to waste.
