Country style spare ribs.
Holding at 200. Charcoal and some pieces of oak flooring. Makes me nervous. I suppose all have been through these things. Nice light smoke from top

I have had mine for over two years, but haven't used it much lately. I need to give that little rascal some love. The mini will actually hold quite a lot of food a one time. I'll bet those CSR's turn out great.
