I’ve been working quite a bit lately. Airborne school classes have been almost maxed out, but my manning is only close to 72% of authorized, so it’s been long nights trying to keep up. Got a 4 day this weekend and spent it cooking. Saturday started with brisket prep and on the smoker for dinner Sunday. Then Saturday afternoon, I deboned 2 turkey breasts and on they went for Saturday dinner. Sunday was a small pork belly smoked at 250 and spritzed with maple syrup for breakfast today. Dinner today will be leftover brisket kolache later today! Pics posted for your viewing pleasure!
