Looks great!! That proves a good cook can cook on just about anything! Regarding George's, it is definitely one of the best store bought Eastern NC Vinegar sauces out there.
I knew this could be done....I've used 18.5's before.....nice move de-boning an' squishin' it down a bit.....and that flip the grate for the extra eighth....that's a professional move right there........that's seamanship, me bucko !!!!
