Direct Heat Ribs and Chicken

Fired up the Royale Fab Firebox for a pre-4th celebration



Used a mustard blend mop - so forgive the yellow tint on the meat





About 2.5 hours on the ribs and about 1.75 hours on the chicken

Got the pit all cleaned back up for another cook next weekend - only thing left to do today is watch everyone else’s cooks and enjoy a few Lone Star Lights
