Started Friday by cooking lunch for the boys

12 racks of ribs (6 STL's and 6 BB's)

8 chicken halves

Needless to say they were practically dancing :laugh:




Then Friday night I wanted a hearty Mexican plate so I started with a prime Creekstone flank steak:

Yesterday for the 4th I was invited to my buddy's and I told him the meat is on me for fresh ground burgers and ground beef/lamb kabobs

Burger meat

I did the burgers for lunch

Brioche buns of course

Toasted of course

Won't be a 4th burger without American cheese over the Colby Jack

So simple yet so good

Chased down with a cold one of course

Nothing beats a fresh ground burger :razz:

For dinner I did wings and ground beef kabobs

He was curious what the marinade was :laugh:

All in all a great weekend. Hope everyone is enjoying it as well. He was still mad that he didn't try the hot wings. :becky:
