Lots Of Comfort Food-Pron Dump

These cooks span over the last two months or so and done at the cabin where it's cold this time of year naturally. What better way to cozy up?? Comfort-ish foods. Quite a few were done during the holiday season.

Starting off with easy peasy burgers. These were actually copycat BK Whoppers

This was chicken enchilada casseroles topped with chili. Of course from scratch :clap2:

Some more burgers. Bacon cheeseburgers to be specific

Served with truffle wedges

What more comfort than fried chicken right?? :heh:

Homemade gruyere-swiss cheese biscuits and wedges

Crystal hot sauce please

Needed some soup or stew in the rotation so Pozole was a must

You know I had to make some tacos. Al pastor tacos are my favorite

What else??? Hot chicken sandwiches :laugh:

Last but not least some teriyaki chicken and beef stir fry over fried rice

I say that's good 'nuff. Didn't want to make a thousand threads over the holiday season so here it is. As always thanks for looking!!
